For this new season, Brasserie M at Hôtel Tsanteleina continues to celebrate the great tradition of French brasserie cuisine, now under the direction of Chef Jérémy Puginier, who is returning to our kitchens after a first experience with us a few years ago.

Among this winter’s must-tries, enjoy our homemade pâté en croûte, œufs meurette, braised veal shoulder with chanterelle mushrooms, Rossini beef fillet, or classic sole meunière.
